Warranty & Return Policy

Before purchasing from PC Lab, please be sure to read through this document.

Warranty:

All computer systems, including laptops, supplied by PC Lab are custom built. We accept returns for credit or refund with restocking fee. Special ordered items are not returnable.


We provide 1 year limited warranty on all hardware of your purchased systems, and will replace/repair any parts that have failed under warranty. All items sold, with the exception of items that are clearly represented to be "used", "as is", or specify a different warranty period, are covered for one year by our exchange or repair warranty. We will repair the defective item or exchange it, at our option.

After the first 30 days we may, at our option, choose either:
1) repair (item will be returned repaired)
2) exchange (item will be exchanged with same, equal, or better item, at our option)

In general, most items will simply be replaced by our vendors and exchanged as repair is really not an option. Some mechanical items such as hard drives may be repairable, and these we would want to send to the factory for factory repair or exchange.

Returns:

During the first 7 days, the item can be exchanged or obtain full refund. If the item is no longer available to us, it will be exchanged with an item of equal or greater value. From the 8th days to 29th days (based on invoice date), 20% restocking fee will be charged for credit or refund. No credit or refund will be offer after the first 30 days.


PC Lab reserves the right to modify or update this warranty and return policy statement at any time without prior notice.
